Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team will process it with care. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. Orders received after 17:00 (5:00 PM) Central European Time will be processed on the following working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times and Regions

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are dispatched directly from our supplier. Our estimated delivery time is typically within 20 working days.

• Statutory Delivery Deadline: In compliance with EU consumer law, VitalAir guarantees that all orders will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of your order confirmation.

• Delivery Regions: We currently ship to all member states of the European Union. We do not currently offer delivery to countries outside of the EU.

Responsibility for Delivery and Delays

VitalAir is responsible for your order until the moment it is physically delivered to you or a person designated by you. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If the maximum delivery time of 30 days is exceeded, you have the right to contact us to request the termination of the contract and a full refund. We are committed to resolving any issues with our courier partners on your behalf.

Issues with Your Order

• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please inform the courier at the time of delivery if possible, and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

• Other Issues: For any other issues with your order, or if you wish to initiate a return, please see our full Returns and Withdrawal Policy. As a reminder, we offer a voluntary 30-day window for refunds and exchanges, in addition to your statutory rights.
